1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better browsing experience, and give website owners insight into how their site is being used.
We also use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage for the same purposes.
2. Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and account authentication. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Platform.
Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform — which pages are visited most, how users navigate, and where errors occur. We use this data to improve performance and user experience. All data is aggregated and anonymised.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make (such as language preferences or region) and provide enhanced, more personalised features. They may also be used to remember changes you've made to text size or other customisable elements.
Marketing and advertising cookies
These cookies track your browsing habits across websites to deliver advertisements that are more relevant to you. They also help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We use Facebook Pixel and similar tools for this purpose.
